Hailing from London, England, Raj has always had a strong taste for music. He relocated to Guam with his successful building company RM Renovations and rebranded as Renov8Guam. As a skilled builder, Daryanani was responsible for building Twickenham Studios, one of the largest film studios in the UK. With his skill as a builder, Daryanani utilizes those same skills to build relationships with musicians and artists. As a proficient musician and percussionist, Raj has always had a passion for music. This very passion inspired him to build New Waves
Studios.
New Waves Studios has served as a launching pad for upcoming artists on
island, as well as a platform for artists in the music industry to establish a Guam fanbase. Daryanani has produced and curated numerous events and concerts on Guam with acts such as Fat Joe, Trinidad James, Adrian Marcel, Lil Jon, 24Hrs, JNR CHOI, and many others. With his dedication and determination, Daryanani has helped elevate Guam artists and has provided them a platform to display their talent on a larger scale.
His goal is to ensure that everyone around him elevates, and are having a good time in the process.
Starting his music career as Guam’s teenage heartthrob RayMinder, Barcinas made hearts happy all over Guam. Barcinas then took his talents abroad and graduated from the Los Angeles Film school. When he made his return to Guam, Barcinas was all grown up and rebranded himself as IamRayJohn. Along with the growth of his music, his fan base grew with him. He has since created two critically acclaimed albums “Grown” and “S.I.M.P. (Still In My Prime), followed by his Guam chart topping single “Adore You”.
Barcinas co-founded New Waves Studios with Raj and has become a mentor to up and coming artists here on Guam. As the studio’s president, Raymond’s exceptional leadership and experience to work alongside Raj to elevate New Waves and take artists to new heights with industry standard equipment, as well as gaining the studio proper exposure.
Debbie is a marketing professional, manager, and graphic designer with a passion for fashion and supporting creative talent. Experienced in coordinating events like the Jiaoying Summers Comedy Show, Debbie excels in logistics, artist support, and bringing ideas to life.
With a strong eye for design, Debbie crafts visually compelling content that
resonates. Known for a hands-on approach and a dedication to helping others, Debbie combines a strategic mindset with a flair for the latest trends. She is ready to elevate your next project with fresh energy, creative solutions, and standout visuals.
MacQuinn has been a support system for New Waves for the last few years. Originally from Los Angeles, CA, Manning has decided to make Guam his home after a decade-long stint in the military. Manning brings the knowledge of traveling all over the world and his love for music and entertainment to help keep the studio moving strong.
After earning his B.A. in Communications, Manning is now putting those skills to use. His passion for what he does and the success he wants for everyone around him will keep New Waves moving strong and moving forward.
